H3 Spatial Index¶
H3 (Uber) als Spatial Index — String-Vergleich statt Geometry-Operationen.

Aktueller Stand¶
Implementiert als Phase B+ im Soll-Schema. Jede Property hat h3IndexRes8 (Hexagon ~460m Durchmesser) und h3IndexRes9 (Hexagon ~175m). Alle ExternalDataPoints sind ebenfalls H3-indiziert.
Lookup: Property.h3IndexRes8 = ExternalDataPoint.h3IndexRes8 — ein einfacher String-Vergleich statt eines teuren Spatial Joins.
Technische Implementierung: src/lib/etl/h3.ts (199 Zeilen)
